Marshall Ulrich is a champion. He is an all around “Ultra Athlete” that competes at a world class level. He has climbed all the tallest mountains on every continent on his first try. He set a record for running across America. And he is a regular person, just like you and me, with a few twists.
Marshall’s skill sets are not limited to these, but include: Desire, Planning, Confidence, Ability. He is an amazing man. During his run across America, I had the pleasure of being with him for a couple of days. He was focused, calm, and dedicated, despite an avalanche of disturbing events and being in severe pain, suffering from little sleep, and having to put up with me.
How do you teach people to overcome obstacles. Marshall is a case study of being prepared, taking initiative, enduring, and having faith. His book is excellent and highly recommended: “Running on Empty”
